Ok, first the-counter medications must be stopped immediately.

You need to go to the doctor to recommend it, a source of 5 to 10 days of oral antibiotics and topical cream, where the infection is.

There you will use your own soap and a towel when you wash your hands because it can be contagious, if it heals you can wash clothes in hot water or throw.

The same applies to the soap. It is recommended that dispensing the soap, so no one will use in the family becomes infected by the infection of the skin of your sister.

When she takes her medication as needed, your skin will heal in no time

Good Luck

Use the spray? Lamisil Spray is not really effective in the removal of athlete's foot. Try Lamisil cream and spray.
