Has anyone at 20-30 years old ever recovered of very severe atopic dermatitis / eczema? - atopic dermatitis pictures

If so, how? The mine has an AA degree in which uncontrollably through the documents and I do not know what to do even more. It gives me great pain and injury from all the scratches that on most days to spend in the open air.
